Semi Private or Small Group Personal Training

This package is for those who are happy to train in small groups either with friends or make friends with new people and still get amazing results. This includes a personalised programme for every person, accountability structure so that you stay in track with your goals and to keep progressing yourself.

One to One Personal Training

This package is for someone who prefers the one to one environment as opposed to small group training. I will make a tailor made package that suits the goals of the client. With a 98% success rate of helping my clients achieve and exceed their goals  we are happy to offer our money back guarantee to anyone that is not happy with their results during this period. This, again is much more personalised as each workout is specifically around your goals and requirements.
