• Results vary based on individual effort, genetics, and adherence to the program.
• You agree to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
• Transform Forever is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following our programs.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments for coaching services are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a specific guarantee. By purchasing a program, you agree to commit to the designated timeframe. Early termination of coaching agreements does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid amounts.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided during your coaching, including but not limited to workout programs, nutrition guides, videos, and PDFs, is the intellectual property of Transform Forever. You may not share, distribute, or resell this content without explicit written permission.

5. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services for clients who exhibit disrespectful, abusive, or uncooperative behavior towards our coaches or staff. In such events, no refunds will be provided for the remaining coaching period.
