Bodyweight Fat Burning Circuit

Here are 3 exercises in a circuit that you can do anywhere which will really help you in burning that stubborn fat and ramp up your metabolism.

The 3 exercises are:
Vertical Jumps
Squats
High Knees

Each one of these exercises you perform for 30 seconds and you get no break inbetween the exercises only at the end of the last exercise of the circuit which in this case is High Knees.

Rest for 1-2 minutes between each circuit and repeat this 3-6 times depending on your fitness level.
