How To Get Rid of Belly Fat

I probably get this question about 1-2 times a day which is how do I get rid of belly fat.

My answer is that you need to first of all have a good diet and moderate and high amount of exercise in order to be able to burn the belly fat.

One of these is to drink more water preferably around 2-3 litres a day as this will flush any toxins or unnecessary rubbish from your body and it will look flatter as a result but this can take a few weeks to start taking effect.

Another way is to have a lot of protein which helps in building lean muscle tissue and will help with your skin, eyes and hair. It’s also important to get a moderate level of carbohydrates and healthy fats such as seeds, nuts and avocados into your diet as well as this will help you keep fuller for longer and will allow you to have more energy throughout the day which will help you do more exercise and burn more fat.
