I am very happy with the results that I have got with Matthew. I have lost 10kgs in just over 3 months and I have also lost 12 inches on my waist and hips. I can’t thank Matthew enough for helping me get back into shape and getting my confidence back. I love the fact that he can come to your home or the nearest park to train you which has been a massive help to me.
